Book Franchisee Training

WARNING!

Application submitted after 10am on the last Friday before the training week will incur $275 late fee. If training is cancelled before the booking cut off time of Friday 10 am (the Friday before training commences), there will be a 2% charge of the total cost. If training is cancelled after the cut off time, the cost of meals, accommodation and manuals will need to be paid for.

Please note that Training online/via Zoom will incur an additional fee of $3301, invoiced separately.

FMS4

What is FMS4 ?

FMS4 handles job booking, allocation, messaging, complaints, reports, customer management, franchise management, prospective franchisees, services, divisions, etc. This system is accessed by National, CCC’s, DFs and RFs regularly for all these tasks. FMS has evolved over the life of Jims. FMS4 runs as a 3 tier model over .NET web services, with Postgres backend, and VB6 front end. A single central database is used by everyone!

What is TIACS?
